Terms and Conditions

REFUND POLICY

Although refunds are available under the UK Consumer Law (for example, if our service or product is faulty, excluding injection treatment), we do not provide refunds due to change of mind or change of circumstances.

However, a customer may direct their prepaid spend towards other similar treatments from Halley clinic  or transfer it to a nominated friend or family member.

If a customer purchases a package online prior to attending an Halley Clinic for a consultation and an Halley Clinic therapist later concludes (based on a consultation) that the customer is not suitable for treatment (for example due to their medical history or hair type), Halley Clinic will agree to refund the package purchase.

We also respectfully encourage all our customers to have realistic expectations about the results of a treatment. We recommend that you discuss the expected results with your therapist before committing to a prepaid package with us.


CANCELLATION POLICY

* Halley Clinic  respectfully requests that customers give at least 48-hour notice when they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less notice is given, the cost of a prepaid treatment session will be forfeited. 

* If Halley Clinc guests fail to provide at least 48-hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, any deposit paid will also be forfeited.

* If a customer does not show for an appointment, the cost of a prepaid treatment session will be forfeited.


COSMETIC INJECT TREATMENTS

* Given the higher cost of our injecting medical professional’s time, we reserve the right to charge a £50 deposit for inject treatments. This deposit can then be used towards treatment or will be refunded if a client decides not to proceed with treatment. This deposit will be non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 48 hour notice.

* All potential cosmetic injection clients must first have a consultation with one of our injectors and be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment before progressing to treatment.

* If a client requests a review appointment with one of our injectors, this must be with the injector him/herself who performed the initial treatment, and not a different injector.


RESPONSIBILITY TO FILL OUT CUSTOMER FORMS WITH HONESTY

* Halley Clinic  performs a number of treatments where customer honesty is very important e.g. regarding any medical conditions, medicines taken, recent treatments, sun exposure, allergies etc. 

* Halley Clinic  will endeavour to ensure that the customer receives the very best in treatment advice according to their needs. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to fill out customer forms to the best of their knowledge and advise their therapist if there have been any changes. 

AGE RESTICTIONS

* For Laser Hair Removal treatments, we require customers to be 14 years and over, with parental consent required if you are 14-16 years old. For any customer under the age of 18 years, please note we do not offer Brazilian treatments (only Bikini line).

* For Skin Treatments, we require customers to be 14 years and over, with parental consent required if you are 14-16 years old. Please note our more advanced skin treatments (microneedling, mesotherapy, deeper peels and laser skin treatments), we require customers to be 18 years and over.

* For Cosmetic Injectables, we require customers to be 18 years and over.

However, we must emphasise the importance of maintaining a respectful environment for both our customers and staff. Any form of disrespect, including swearing, name-calling, verbal or physical aggression, or lewd behavior towards our team members is unacceptable. Such actions will be met with swift action, including barring from our business.
